Compliance and regulatory reporting for lenders

In short

Lenders in the EU must document how they assess creditworthiness, inform customers, handle personal data and prevent money laundering, and the revised Consumer Credit Directive (CCD2) applies from 20 November 2026. Finsora builds these requirements into everyday processes: standardised disclosures, consent records, documented credit decisions, retention rules, AML workflows, a full audit trail and configurable regulatory reports.
