What data we process

When you request a demo or send an inquiry, we process your name, company, e-mail, phone number, the content of your message, selected solutions, your situation and attached files. To prevent abuse we briefly store the time of the request and your IP address.

Purposes and legal basis

We process the data to respond to your request, prepare a demo or offer and contact you about a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Retention

We keep inquiry data and files for up to 24 months after the last communication if no contract is concluded. If a contract is concluded, data is kept for as long as required by the contract and law.

Recipients

Data may be processed by our service providers – web hosting and e-mail providers – as processors under contracts. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts and libraries are served from our own server.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, object, request data portability and withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@finsora.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt) or the supervisory authority of your country.
